Secret Stash Mastery

so im looking at the secret stash mastery and it sais it heals 20 health and 10 mana instantly on use. While making ur potions and elixirs last 10% longer. does that mean ur potions will heal u for more than the regular 150+20 health from biscuits because they last longer? and if they do how much more.
