Anybody else's Exhibition gone crazy?

No exaggeration. I have around 10k or so games in S2 and ive been winning at a 7:1 rate. Today, for the first time ever, I cannot win. The matches have gone from generally being against decks below mine and shoddy AI...to matches against decks better than mine and perfect AI. I'm not just talking about some statistical variance here. It's a very noticeable difference, and it's just as of this morning. The decks I go against now are either in the tier above me, or decks in my tier but all with PP Del Rio. It's really weird. I know servers were updated this morning. Is this the new norm or some temporary error?

Edit: it's a glitch. It only happens when I add an epic Rusev to my deck. I add it, tier goes up. I remove it, tier goes down. Mods:help!

Edit2: confirmed it's when I add any men's card below Legendary level. Non-Pro Leg, fine. Non-Pro Epic or lower, tier jump
