Commerci Boss Drop Issue

Nothing is dropping from the bosses in Sans Commerci (Not sure about the party quest one, i have not tried that yet). Something usually drops 100% of the time whether it be a superior crystal or a cube fragment. Today after Reboot nothing dropped. 8 bosses dropped nothing from two Lith Harbor runs. Anyone else experiencing this? Not sure if intended or not. Also, the ocean also looks messed up too. Thanks!
