Good normal Aussie bakery in the CBD

So I grew up in the Blue Mountains where there was a family owned bakery in every village up the mountain, selling all the usual, apple pies, sausage rolls, meat pies etc.

Anywhere like that in Sydney CBD? So far the ones I've found are all odd Asian bakeries that have heaps of pre-processed stuff on shelves. Not what I'm looking for at all.

Just a good, classic bakery, anyone?
