Trying to find an episode that starts with Odo training people in the station?

In the beginning of an episode, it looks like the station is pretty much empty and everyone is trying to find Odo. It's sort of a combat simulation or something to help the crew get better and finding changelings. He keeps appearing out of consoles, tapping people on the shoulder.

Any idea which episode this is?
