Application Developers for Clients in Canada

I am looking for developers for IOS and Android applications from India that would be interested in starting a partnership. I have multiple corporate clients looking to create applications but simply cannot find the developers to do so in Canada. If you are interested or know what might be a good resource for me to find developers, please let me know.
