ASUS VM42-S075V Desktop - Suitable?

I'm in the market for something that will work for us as a plex server. We have a pretty basic setup that won't require streaming to many devices at once (maybe 2 fire tv's and an iPad maximum at once)

I'm looking for something simple off the shelf that will be suitable for use as a plex server for the next couple of years.

Time is a precious commodity at the moment with 2 young kids so I don't want to spend ages building and fine tuning a build.

I had been thinking about a 2nd hand mac mini (2011+) but this Asus caught my eye last night when it was on sale for $169.

Price wise that ticked the right box for me but I don't want to invest money in something thats not quite powerful enough or will just cause more problems.

Any thoughts as to whether this unit with a Intel Celeron® 2957U (Haswell-R) processor would be powerful enough for my purposes or if there are any other of the shelf solutions that would work adequately at least for a couple of years??
