3 day blackout for my tank

Hello everyone

I'm been plagued with the dinoflagelletes. I've had this once before early on in my reef hobby career, so I know a little on how to kill it. I am using RODI water for everything and feed lightly so I'm not sure if it was my new sand bed that caused it.

Plan:

3 day black out. Should I shut the sump light off too? It's for my chaeto that is getting surrounded in dino too. So keep the light off or have it on its usual schedule?

5 gallon water change every day after blackout for a week.

Only run blues for a week

Maybe add some good quality carbon

Dose h202 1mL per gallon every day for 1 month

How does that sound?
