Dual Blade Str vs Dex

I'm approaching endgame and planning on relocating ability point soon. It might be something like 4-5LUK and then 1-2 points on defensive stats. I feel like with Blade Fury decreasing defense, add points to DEX doesn't make a lot of sense. I kinda wanna try out focusing on STR instead to boost MaxHP for bossing. Is it a good build? With minimum DEX investment will I have enough accuracy to hit bosses? I'll probably max out Thorn so I have some accuracy from Mastery.
