Final shot of Eli... (S07E09 "Discovery" Spoiler)

Wanted to know what people thought about the final scene with Eli reverse peeping through the peephole at Alicia... does this portend an eventual betrayal? An end to their relationship? A possible threesome with Courtney?

Alicia obviously knows she's being watched, looking straight back at Eli, like, "I'm here. I'm not going anywhere, Eli. What you going to do about it." Or was that a "come hither" look. Not reading either of these characters this season; writers have them all over the place...
