Where did I see that the game would have 11 maps at launch?

I was sure that there would be 11. There are only 10 in the Art of Siege Guide, and when I contacted Ubisoft support, they told me there were only supposed to be 10 and asked where I saw the declaration that there were 11.

Can anyone help me out?
