Best way to make a web app into an iOS/Android app as a fullscreen seamless web browser?

Hi guys, I am working on an app idea to help my progression in programming and really challenge myself. Before diving into Java and Objective-C I want to refine and test my web programming skills using php, js, jquery, node etc (the things I know) and then wrapping the site in essentially a seamless web browser with no borders or URL bar etc. So when people download the app (if they do), they are downloading a web browser that essentially only displays my app at say mydomain.com/app and appears to just be a full screen app.

What is the easiest best way to go about doing something like this?
