DHL won't go further than the Airport gate...

A week ago I ordered something online and got a DHL tracking number.

They haven't exactly been the fastest working courier I've seen (it was stuck at the same Sort Facility for 3 days) but they seemed to somehow almost nail the delivery date.

I say almost, because they apparently dropped it off at the Airport gate for my town rather than actually going there, and then said that "the recipient was not home".

I haven't seen any updates on it yet, so I assume that they seriously thought that I was going to fly across the country, just to get my package?
