How in the world do you get open NAT on multiple PS4

Help

Hello, First off I would like to say thank you for having such a great community here, I have searched and searched, but still have not found a solution to my problem, I am hoping someone here might be able to help me.

I have recently received the Gateway G1100 router from Verizon and have been struggling to achieve an open NAT on my 2 PS4s playing BO3. I have tried everything I have found on the internet including using UPnp, Port Forwarding, Port triggering, DMZ host combined with port forwarding the second PS4. None of these things have worked for me, I always end up with one open, one moderate, or both moderate. In the menu for Black Ops 3 the console that is listed as moderate lists UDP 3074 as the port that needs to be open, I thought with UPnP it would attempt to open a second port for the second PS4, but instead it sticks it to a moderate NAT.

I called Verizon for help with this after hours of messing around only to be told it's a know issue and that I would have to purchase a second public IP at full cost to resolve my issue. This can't be true, can it?

I read somewhere on the internet that I could buy a second router from let's say BB and put it's IP adress in the DMZ of my Gateway router, then have both PS4s go through that router to resolve this issue. Is this true? And how hard would it be to set all that up?

I am really hoping someone here can help me resolve this issue, because playing on the console with moderate NAT has been a total nightmare. Thanks again for any help!
