Playing Jeeves during this week's Tavern Brawl freezes the game for your opponent

My opponent's Jeeves procced at the end of my turn and now the card I drew is stuck in midair. My turn will not end, there's no rope or anything else. It seems like the only way for the game to end is if one of us concedes.
