How are the controls in this game? Are they good? Are they bad? The answer: "It controls." — From which video is this from?

I remember watching a video of Mike and someone (probably Ryan) playing a game… They comment on how bad are the controls in that game, saying something along the lines:

— Does it control well?

— Huh, "it controls". That's the best I can say I about it.

But I can't remember from which video this is from. Can someone point it out, please?
