Looking for a Keyboard for disabled right hand

Hi,

I'm looking for a good budget keyboard for gaming. However, my right hand is only a stump (I have some wrist movement, but no fingers at all). I'm looking for a keyboard that has very little travel, so that it's easier to hit multiple keys, for movement. I've devised a setup of IJKL instead of WASD, and use my left hand for the mouse. This setup works well enough on my laptop, but I'm looking at getting a desktop at some point, and need a full size keyboard for it.

I do use a XBone controller for some games, Burnout Paradise, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, and Assassin's Creed Black Flag etc, but I prefer m+kb for Skyrim and Fallout NV.

I realise this question is a little out of the ordinary, but I'd appreciate any response. Thanks!

EDIT: This keyboard would need to be full size, as I'd also be using it for development.
