Will anXbox 360-> VGA cable work for a normal Xbox

So my girlfriend bought a second hand Xbox to play some LOTR games, but we don't have a TV. I've been looking around for a cable to connect it to her computer monitor, but I've only been able to find ones for Xbox 360 - I'm wondering if this will work for a standard xbox (ie, if all the plugs are the same, ect), or if anyone knows where to get an Xbox -> VGA or Xbox -> HDMI.
