[Help] Can Shiva Dragon do end-game?

I believe this has been discussed before, but I can't find good input. I'm mainly non-iap, but I've been lucky with REM pulls and have just barely 300k. I'll probably only be able to buy one MP dragon in my pad career, so don't want to regret it. I'm a weak combo-er (4-5 per turn, less if I have to make TPAs or rows). Do you all think I can clear legend-plus and C10 dungeons with this shivadra team?

ShivaDra/Urd/Rodin/Uriel/RGY or DQ Hera or Ame no Uzume/ShivaDra

The alternative for me is:

YomiDra/Pandora/DIzanami/Haku/Lumiel or Lubu or 2nd Haku/YomiDra

I only have enough for one 297 sub on either team.
