Question about stress/stability testing a GPU overclock

Specs: GTX 980 (Asus Strix), i5-4670, ASRock Z87 Pro3

I'm using Unigine Heaven to stress test. To test for stability, should I be turning up all the settings to maximum (i.e. 1080p, Ultra Quality, Extreme Tessellation, 8x AA)?
