Is the adept + warp prism really fair?

we are seeing pro players lose almost all of their workers to just 4 adepts in a prism with some good micro darting around the base. the protoss is almost garuanteed to kill workers and take 0 damage because of the range you can now pick up? to me it seems incredibly unfair but we still should give some time to let the game be figured out. what are your thoughts on it guys?
