Cant watch some streams on source qual

I watch twitch everyday. When I'm on PC have no probs watching every stream on source. Using SKY internet (UK). When I'm on my phone watching twitch, SOME streams just do not load video and only play sound. It loads one frame that just stays there and theres just sound streaming. I have to watch it on high. How can I fix it?
