Weak Scorestreaks?

People gotta understand that the devs are trying to make this game more playable for the casuals. The one thing that sucked back in black ops 2 was the Scorestreaks were too good. People would just rage quite after the amount of deaths they got from the swarms, the lod star, dogs, and the pre-aimers when they had a black bird up . Even though it's not fair for the players getting the Scorestreaks, I understand why treyarch didn't make the Scorestreaks as good this year. That's why they added specialist also. Something cool you could get at least once in the game even if you don't even get a kill. Black ops 3 is more for the casuals and I'm fine with that.
