Toshiba Chromebook 2 (2015) 4gb ram buy?

Should I buy a iPad Mini 2 , Samsung tablet, or Toshiba Chromebook 2 2015 w/4gb ram? I know the tablets both have qhd and the chromebook 2 has 1080p. I'm mainly gonna watch movies, listen to spotify, watch youtube, internet browse, anime. It's like $250 and some people are saying to buy a budget laptop instead for the same price w/windows 10 but I got one before and went slow after a while. Also the Toshiba has backlit keyboard and it can type and don't have to hold it in my hand. I want to know yalls experiences with it also thanks!
