Day 11 and I am very sick.

Day 11: No P, No M, No O

Today has been really terrible as I came down with a bad sickness over the last couple of days with today being the worst. I wonder if this has anything to do with issues related to NoFap as I started getting sick around the worst urges yet.

I am staying strong by keeping constant with my accountability partner. I am not going to budge on this. I used the Panic Button today as I woke up with a lot on my mind. I read this quote that said that it is better to worry about building the future than fighting the past. It really helped. I got in the shower and got ready fro the day. I spent time meditating. Now I'm on here so that I don't isolate myself while being sick at home.
