Please help my parents think I'm crazy
So for some reason ever since I was about 9 or 10, whenever I a take a photo when I'm alone in the house, sometimes a dark shadow figure will show up in the background. A couple of months ago, when I woke up I looked through my photo album and saw photos that I hadn't taken of the shadow figure thingy up in the corner of my room near the ceiling that had been taken while I was sleeping.
Most of the time I would just delete the photos and try to go on with my life, because I get really scared by things like that, and I always try to make myself forget about the photos. This morning after I got ready for school, when I started walking back upstairs I heard giggles from behind me, even though I knew for sure that I was alone in the house. I started freaking out, and so I ran all of the way up the stairs and ran into my room and locked the door. I kept hearing foot steps going up and down the stairs, and kept seeing shadows under the crack in the door of a child, even though I was alone.
I knew that I had to leave for school, but I couldn't get myself to open the door, because somehow I knew that I shouldn't open it. I just had feelings of dread, and couldn't think straight. I have really bad anxiety, so I started freaking out, but luckily I had my Zolaft with me for panic attacks, and so I took it. I tried to get ahold of my family members but no one answered their phones, and I was really scared.
Later when my parents got back from work, they asked me what had happened, and so I told them everything that had happened this morning. They now think that I am crazy, even though I know that what happened this morning actually happened, and now they are trying to take me to a psychiatrist so that I can get a lot more medicine for anxiety, even though the anxiety isn't the problem.
I know that that whatever happened this morning was the shadowy figure, and it seems to be "attached" to me, and seems to be feeding in my fear or something.
I don't know what to do, because my parents think that I am crazy, even though I am a completely sane person. They just don't think that ghosts exist, and since this happened to me they think that I need to go on medicine for it.
I just don't know what to do now, please help.
