Need more info on this please!!

I used to work for a retail store. I left over a year ago but still know how to use the employee discount. Since I left the company, I have used the employee discount when ordering online a few times here and there, by adding the employee numbers of people who I know still work there because they provided me with their numbers. First of all, what kind of crime is this considered? Would I be in trouble here or would the employee be in trouble since they gave me their employee numbers, or both of us? What kind of charges could be pressed if I was found guilty. I didn't really think twice about it being illegal until now but want to prepare myself should anything come up. Thanks!
