What do You Guys Think the Next Great Common Enemy will be?

Y'know, I've been thinking; over the years, the U.S. Government/Media/Elites have been creating a common enemy(s) for the general public as a means to push various political and economic agendas. We've witnessed this happen before as well as currently in instances such as "The War on Drugs" or "The War on Terror". Now what I'm pondering is what will be the next common enemy and how they're setting up for it in the now. Currently, we can assume they know that they can only milk one of these "common enemies" for so long lest people get suspicious or desensitized; and they are also inclined to take into account how they have to subtlety transition into something new while trying avoid an abrupt shift in narrative wherein people could also get suspicious, such as in the terror attacks of 9/11. After all, with every great play in a strategic game, an even greater set up is necessary.

And while obviously none of us can see into the future or pin-point an exact direction to which the common enemy will be spawned from, it is always interesting to see how others spin recent events and political moves into a hypothesis or theory.
