Kickoff tactics 1v1

Anyone else do this, not seen a lot of people trying it. I tend to play defensive, if i spawn in front of goal i'll grab the nearest boost and then sit central behind the goal line to save to opening shot, if i spawn at the side I'll drive to the middle and then drive directly toward my goal to give me the greatest range of cover against the shot.

Sometimes I'll be off my game and let in shots I should be saving but I can only think of one game where someone changed up their tactics and had me totally beat on, asides from that it's really effective.
