Exhaust question for 09 Accord

There is a vibration in my exhaust, and my mechanic said just ignore it until It's a really issue. It's been getting worse over the last couple years, it used to be very subdued.

My question is, is there an aftermarket exhaust that would add a little performance to this little 4 cylinder? I'm thinking from the engine on back, because this car has about 65K miles and I'll have it for a long time.
