Help me, I'm a newbie!

Hello everybody!

I'm a casual League of Legends player, not too good, that's the only MOBA I know, but after a year I think I know pretty much about that game. Today I had the feeling that I want to try out something else, so Vainglory seemed like the perfect choice for me. Since my iPhone 4S wouldn't run it, I'm playing on my PC with Bluestacks emulator. The FPS is good and so far also the hotkeys seems okay for me. My questions are the following:

• If you also know/play League of Legends, what's different here, what's same, what's the current meta, etc?

• Is it playable on an emulator or you just can't be good in it without multi touch and an actual mobile/tablet?

• Is the community any better here? Unfortunately League's community is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Is it better here? Are there any AFKs or trolls after a decent level?

• Maximum level? From when I can do ranked and from when I should? Divisions?

Maybe some of these are on the internet, but I always feel like it's a lot better if an actual person describes it. Also if you want to hang out with an absolute noob or make some funny videos, etc. I'm playing on Europe under the name of "GrillDog"
