[TOMT] Cookies from Spain!

I traveled to Spain many years ago. They had a type of coconut wafer cookie that was absolutely amazing. It could be found in every grocery store in every city I visited. I think they were in a white package. The wafers themselves were very thin and looked like waffles and they had coconut between them. They were delicious and I can't remember the name of them. Does anyone know? Maybe it's a Europe-wide thing but I never saw them in Germany.
