[Q] Key Trading

Hello, my name is Ali and I'm trying to get into key trading. I've looked up some guides, videos etc on how to do this but one thing confuses me. Whenever I look up things on lounge that I can buy calculating the 80% market price. People are requesting higher keys. Now I know they might not be quickselling but I've not managed to even find ONE trade. I currently have 30 keys and am looking to make some profit. I want to trade them for a knife, what do you guys suggest? What do I do and if you have any offers for me also.

Please help me. :(
