[SPOILER] ending question

Hello everyone!

I just got to the point where I found out that Shaun is an old man, and I am in the Institute. However, up until now, I've been siding with the BoS, but the institute honestly seem like good guys without any malicious intent, apart from a few moral questions. Is there a way to somehow persuade the Institute to help others?
