2 measures of Estrogel a day and 100 mg of Spiro. Acceptable regimen?

Thinking about treating myself on some delicious candy. I need it and don't want to justify myself to an endocrinologist or psychologist . Would that be a bit of an acceptable regimen I mentioned above?
