I wish more companies did video interviews.

I just had a video interview, where I had to record my answers to pre-recorded behavioral questions. It made me realize that I don't look like an idiot, and don't stutter at all. In other words, it gave me a boost of confidence. It was also a lot easier than any phone interview.

Bonus: I got a 100% on the Codility (in addition to the video) in 20 minutes out of the allocated hour.
