theory on potential events in episodes 7 and 8

there is the theory that kylo ren is the son of han solo and leia organa, as well as that he will kill han solo before rey/ finn/ chewbaccas eyes. my theory is that this will push rey and/or finn towards the dark side as they will want revenge for his death. i think that they will express this to luke in episode 8 and he will say something along the lines of "revenge is not the jedi way" and "anyone can be brought back into the light, they only need somebody to guide them" , while thinking of vader and his redemption. maybe finn or rey will accept this and believe kylo can be redeemed but the other thinks not and will eventually try to kill him, thus turning to the dark side.
