Need Graphic Art Help

I work for a small BioMedical company and need help with a simple graphic design. If anyone has the time or knowledge please feel free to submit, everything is appreciated.

The concept is "Every Drop Counts" I visualize this concept as a pipet (liquid handling device) dropping 3 "rain drops" with a significant sign in each ($) (time/clock) (health). If anyone has some spare time to help that would be awesome.
