Bugged shop

So idk if anyone even visit this place anymore, but does anyone know anything about the shop being bugged. I go to a shop and it will randomly just start switching back and forth between buy and sell even when I'm not hitting LT or RT. Now before anyone asks if my game pad is sticking, it isn't. I pulled up a gamepad API tester on my second screen while playing and it shows when any button is being used and when the glitch occurs my gamepad buttons are not being triggered.
