Will a 2 in 1 laptop work with ubuntu?

I just got the Dell Inspiron I3147 and its a 2in 1 laptop. I wanted to put Ubuntu on it, but I'm not sure if certain things will be compatible. For example if I flip the laptop around will the screen orient itself? Or if I flip it into tablet mode will the keyboard shut off? Will there be an onscreen keyboard?
