Plantronics Gamecom 780s giving up, need help choosing replacement quickly

Of course, the day I enter a giveaway for a new headset my Gamecom 780s start giving up. The cable jacket has already been shredded over time so a good 2/3 of a foot is covered in electrical tape. Seems the USB connection has become dodgy, causing me to occasionally lose connection having to unplug and plug it back in and wait, sometimes having to restart the program/game/browser tab I was listening to.

I've been looking at three main ones the last two days:
Logitech G430
Corsair H1500
Kingston HyperX Cloud II

They are all between 590 and 890 Norwegian kroner on Norwegian webstores (about $68-100). I've Googled reviews of them all, and it seems there are about an equal amount of people who have had bad experiences with them. I was wondering if others had opinions or other recommendations.

Regarding what I'm looking for, they have to completely cover my ears and be comfortable even when wearing glasses. I'm not sure about the retracted mic boom position on the Logitech headset as I wonder if it will be constantly visible in my peripheral vision, which would be annoying. I like if the range is greater than the default 20Hz-20kHz most headsets have, and mic quality is important as I stream games, just not so much or for so many that it warrants a standalone condenser microphone and pop filter. At least not yet.

Both USB and jack connectors are fine, I still have some of those USB to headphone jack adapters from my older Gamecom 777s (those were great by the way) but it's nice to have the option of being able to connect them to my mobile for playing music, but it's not strictly necessary. I also don't need a headset that folds up or can swivel backward, and I definitely don't need a wireless headset.

I've looked at other threads on this subreddit for recommendations already, but a lot of the other recommended headsets aren't available in Norwegian webstores. If I buy online from abroad, the import limit is only 350 kroner (about $40) which INCLUDES the cost of shipping. Above that I have to shell out a ton of extra for import fees and VAT.
