What else can I do to up my FPS?

Serously. I use a computer that functionally is similar to a potato.

I run (and bear with me here):

No hats mod

A mix of Rhapsody's and Comanglia's fps config

Parts of clean TF2

DXLevel 81

Process Lasso

And I only get 30 frames in a midfight.

What can I do?
