CM13 on CDMA (XT1028 / XT1031)

It appears as though CyanogenMod 13 isn't flashable on the CDMA variants of the Moto G 1st Gen.

I tried to flash via TWRP 2.8.7.0 and it gave me an error along the lines of needing a radio other than 0x2 and 0x3 (which I assume are the CDMA ones).

UPDATE 12/04: Tried flashing again since CM changelog said something about CDMA. Nope. Still unflashable, but now had a new error "CDMA devices are not supported at the moment."
