[PS4] SOLUTION to the "creating squad" error

Took me an entire day to figure this out and I was losing hope since everyone has been saying it's a VLAN Tagging problem and there's no hope. I ended up Port Forwarding the following and it worked!

TCP: 80, 443 UDP: 3658, 6115

Hopefully this helps a few folks in the same situation out.
