G3258 won't overclock?

I'm currently using a g3258 and an MSI h81-p33, which is on the list of compatible overclocking motherboards. Originally my PC would not boot with an OC, but I deleted the genuine Intel file in system32 and now it boots, but there's no overclock even after applying one in the bios. Here's what happens

The picture is while running AIDA64. I've tried manual OC as seen in picture, I've tried OC genie, and both at the same time and won't work!

Is it because I'm on Intel graphics?
