I never thought I'd say this but I need a quick way to LOSE GMP

My rewards are filling up with plants and resources that I can't collect nor sell because I'm always at maximum GMP... WHAT DO!? Soon I won't be able to collect any new rewards lol, because of the dumb 200 limit. I'm sitting at 111 right now. I NEED IDEAS GUYS
