People who work in vape shops.. Do you like it?

Seems like every vape shop I go in you get the stereotypical vape bro or girl in there.. tattoos/gauges/elitist mindset, plus they're usually 24-30 years of age. I was talking to one of the owners of one around here and he pays his employees 10$ an hour... pretty shitty wage. Anyone on here work in a vape shop and like it, compared to learning a trade or going to college and getting a degree? I get you have to have some basic understanding of vapes... but that takes all about 30 minutes of watching youtube videos and googling to learn?

Just seems like most vape shop workers really like being defined in life as vapists.
