Do I need to turn off the battery on the Spinner II by Vapros?

Just got this battery, had a crappy Kangertech EMOW battery which died after 2 months... I seen a lot of people on forums complaining about their batteries too.

I'm very happy with this Spinner II so far. It's amazing! Does the job quite well.

Now I just want to know.. is it useless to turn the battery off after I'm done taking a few puffs off my e-cig? I read somewhere that it's not needed.

Also I'm still using the Kanger EMOW tank. Which I don't mind at all, it too does the job well with this battery. The guy at the shop said it doesn't really matter if I get a new tank or not. But is there better tanks out there, and what would the difference make? Just wondering if I should upgrade or not - I mean I'm already pretty satisfied with the EMOW tank I got but fuck their batteries ... cheap garbage.
