Looking to start a coalition?

I don't wanna use the word clan b/c I don't want it to be that but essentially like a group of 15+, 20+, 25+ etc guys with maybe a groupme so that whenever someone wants to play tactically with other mics, others will be available. I work and go to school so I don't always have the time to play but would enjoy having a solid group to talk about the game and play with.
