Champion Mastery Reward Idea

Watching the poppy login screen made me think that it'd be really cool to have a champion mastery reward be an animated loading splash art for your champion. Kinda like hearthstone's 500 win reward.

Issue would be skins would also have to be animated and some skins' splashes are just... not quite there yet

Maybe as a later reward for higher mastery tiers?
